Lavender, aromatic plant



Lavandula angustifolia / Lamiaceae

Also called " true lavender" or " Lavender with narrow leaves" it is traditionally

used to scent linen and keep moths cabinets.

This is a honey , aromatic and medicinal. Its leaves and flowers are

used in baking and to prepare drinks and herbal teas. It also serves to

flavor salads, meat, cheese, bread; cookies, fruit.

An essential oil is extracted which is for cosmetics,

perfumery and aromatherapy.

Harvest: leaves until June, flowering tops from June to August.
